Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data MissB (KB Video & Photography Ltd) collects, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run this site.

Who we are

This site is operated by KB Video & Photography Ltd (“MissB”, “we”, “us”), the data controller, based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@missbfindom.com.

What we collect

  • Inner-circle / mailing-list sign-ups. If you opt in, we store the name or alias and email address you give us, a general interest tag, and the date and fact of your consent.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us — for example to request a tribute method or a custom — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • Essential local storage. Your browser stores small values needed for the site to work, such as your confirmation that you are 18+ and any display preferences. These are not advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Basic server logs. Like most sites, our host records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not process payments on this site, so we never collect or store your card or bank details.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

  • Your consent — to send you the updates you signed up for. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Our legitimate interests — to reply to your messages and to keep the site secure and functioning.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:

  • Email / newsletter delivery — to send the updates you opted into.
  • Discord — when you sign up, a notification (your alias, email, and chosen interest) is sent to our private admin channel. If you choose to join our Discord server, Discord then processes your data under its own policy.
  • DebtKeeper — our “serve / tribute-tracking” links take you to debtkeeper.app, a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. We display only public, aggregated figures from it and do not send it your personal data; anything you do there is between you and DebtKeeper.
  • Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its data on our behalf.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

We keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and message data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry — then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and similar laws such as the EU GDPR and California’s CCPA) you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@missbfindom.com and we’ll action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies & tracking

This site uses only the essential local storage described above. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics it will be privacy-respecting, and this policy will be updated.

Age

This site is strictly for adults (18+). We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has contacted us, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
